This policy covers the Supreme CRE Analyzer app (“the app”) operated by Supreme Real Estate Group, LLC (“Supreme”, “we”), used through AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude.
What we collect
- What you are looking for: markets, use, size, budget, timing, must-haves, properties you have in mind, and any figures you provide (price, cap rate, income, tenant).
- Contact details, only when you choose: your email address when you request a full memo; your name and phone number if you give them or book a consultation; your preferred meeting day and time.
- Usage records: which tools were used, timestamps, the AI platform you came through, and a random reference ID used to connect a booking to the analysis that led to it.
We do not request or receive your conversation history. The AI assistant decides what to send to the app’s tools; we only receive those tool inputs.
How we use it
- To run your property search, match Supreme listings, and obtain the analysis you request from CRElytics.
- To email you a verification code and enforce usage limits.
- To schedule consultations you request and to follow up about the property or service you asked about.
- To measure how the app is used and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
- CRElytics (an affiliated analytics provider) — property or candidate addresses and details, when you ask for a location snapshot or a memo. CRElytics uses Google geocoding, U.S. Census data and Anthropic’s Claude models.
- Ripcord — your name, email, phone and preferred time, to book consultations.
- Our CRM (GoHighLevel) — your contact details and request, so a Supreme advisor can follow up. If your property is outside our direct market, with your consultation request we may introduce you to a partner broker.
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, email delivery and storage.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Verification codes: 15 minutes. Usage-limit counters: up to 30 days. Report access records: 90 days.
- Contact records in our CRM: for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and brokerage record-keeping obligations, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can search without giving any contact details. To access, correct or delete your information, or to stop follow-up, email Invest@TheSREG.com. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls. Verification codes are stored only as one-way hashes.
Children
The app is for adults conducting commercial real estate business and is not directed to children under 18.
