By using the Supreme CRE Analyzer app (“the app”), provided by Supreme Real Estate Group, LLC (“Supreme”), you agree to these terms.

Information, not advice

Search results, location snapshots and memos are generated with automated tools and AI from public data and the details you provide. They are for general information only and are not investment, legal, tax, appraisal or lending advice. They may contain errors or omissions. Verify all facts — including zoning, leases, financials and condition — with qualified professionals before making any decision.

No brokerage relationship until agreed

Using the app or booking a consultation does not create an agency or brokerage relationship. Any representation requires a separate written agreement. Supreme is a licensed commercial real estate brokerage; services outside its licensed jurisdictions may be provided through cooperating licensed brokers.

Fair use

The app is free and subject to usage limits. Do not use it to scrape data, submit others’ email addresses, automate requests, or attempt to circumvent limits. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Third-party services

The app relies on third parties (including CRElytics, the U.S. Census Bureau, Ripcord and AI platform providers). We are not responsible for their availability or content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme and CRElytics are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the app’s output.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
